   You May Qualify If You:  Learn more:  
  •
Are working and have a disability under The Social Security Administration Freedom to Work Medicaid  
  •Are between the ages of 16 and 64 United Cerebral Palsy  
  •Are receiving or are eligible for Medicaid Office of the Governor  
  •Have limited income from sources other than work
 
  
  Freedom to Work allows breaks in employment up to 24 months due to medical necessity or layoff   
 
 
 Contact your county Department of Human Services and ask about:

Leah has worked with the United Cerebral Palsy of Michigan for 3 years as the Loan Fund Manager. Leah is a person with Cerebral Palsy and she plans to use her own story to implement change in Medicaid and other programs.
